The winners of this year's edition of the National Contest of Young Lawyers were awarded on Wednesday, 27 April 2022, at the National Institute of Justice, after presenting their oral pleadings based on a case in civil law matter, civil procedure and international element.
Învingătorii ediției din acest an a Concursului Național al Tinerilor Juriști au fost premiați miercuri, 27 aprilie 2022, la Institutul Național al Justiției, după ce au susținut pledoariile în baza unei spețe în materie de drept civil, procedură civilă și element de extraneitate.

The most awaited event of the XIVth promotion of future judges and prosecutors took place on Tuesday, 19 April, 2022, hosted in Regina Maria Hall of the National Institute of Justice. The award ceremony, marks the graduation of the initial training course of 15 candidates to the position of judge and 19 candidates to the position of prosecutor, which was held in a solemn atmosphere, in the presence of prominent members of the legal system, representatives of the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, trainers and employees of the National Institute of Justice. At the beginning of the festivity, the trainees were wearing black and blue robes, depending on their profile, honored the State Anthem of the Republic of Moldova.
Cel mai așteptat eveniment al promoției a XIV-a de viitori judecători și procurori a avut loc marți, 19 aprilie 2022, în sala „Regina Maria” din incinta Institutului Național al Justiției. Ceremonia de înmânare a diplomelor care atestă finalizarea cursului de formare inițială pentru 15 candidați la funcția de judecător și 19 candidați la funcția de procuror, s-a desfășurat într-un cadru solemn, fiind prezenți exponenți ai sistemului de drept, reprezentanți ai Ambasadei SUA în Republica Moldova, formatori și angajați INJ. Chiar de la începutul festivității, tinerii, purtând mantii negre și albastre, în funcție de profil, au onorat Imnul de Stat al Republicii Moldova.
Is the environment in which future judges and prosecutors study different from the university environment? How is the life of a trainee at the National Institute of Justice? How does a judicial training institution that prepares candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor work? The answers to these and other questions were found by the students of the Law Faculties of the Free International University of Moldova and of the State University of Moldova, members of ELSA (European Law Students Association). The visit to the NIJ took place in the afternoon of Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
Mediul în care învață viitorii judecători și procurori este oare diferit de cel universitar? Cum este viața unui audient la Institutul Național al Justiției? Cum funcționează o instituție de formare judiciară care pregătește candidați la funcțiile de judecător și de procuror? Răspunsurile la aceste și la alte întrebări au aflat studenții facultăților de drept de la Universitatea Liberă Internațională din Moldova și de la Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, membri ai ELSA (European Law Students Association). Vizita la INJ a avut loc în după-amiaza zilei de miercuri, 13 aprilie 2022.
On Wednesday, 13 April, 2022, Council of Europe launched a new project "Supporting the implementation of the Istanbul Convention in the Republic of Moldova". The event was attended by the representatives of the National Institute of Justice - Ecaterina Popa, ad interim Director, and Cezara-Elena Polisca, advisor of the NIJ Director, head of the Didactics, Methodological and Training of Trainers Section.
Miercuri, 13 aprilie 2022, a avut loc lansarea unui nou proiect al Consiliului Europei „Sprijin în implementarea Convenției de la Istanbul în Republica Moldova”, la care au participat și reprezentanții Institutului Național al Justiției – Ecaterina Popa, Directoare interimară, și Cezara-Elena Polisca, consiliera Directoarei INJ, șefa Secției didactico-metodică și formare formatori.
