În perioada 20-24 iunie 2022, candidații la funcția de judecător, audienții promoțiilor XIV și XV de la Institutul Național al Justiției, Olga Marandici, Ana Schibin, Alisa Strătilă și Ion Vartolomei, s-au aflat într-o vizită de studiu în Republica Franceză.
The purpose of meeting of the delegation from US Department of Commerce (Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP)) and the State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI) with the representatives of the National Institute of Justice was to identify the priority areas that will contribute to the multilateral development of the Republic of Moldova, including the perspective of implementing activities in the field of intellectual property protection with a focus on the role of courts in this process. The event took place Wednesday, 22 June 2022, at the National Institute of Justice.
Identificarea domeniilor prioritare care vor contribui la dezvoltarea multilaterală a Republicii Moldova, inclusiv din perspectiva implementării unor activități în domeniul protecției proprietății intelectuale cu accent pe rolul instanțelor de judecată în acest proces, a fost scopul întrevederii delegației Departamentului Comerț al SUA (Programul de Dezvoltare a Dreptului Comercial (CLDP)) și a Agenției de Stat pentru Proprietate Intelectuală (AGEPI) cu reprezentanții Institutului Național al Justiției.
A group of trainers from the National Institute of Justice participated in the mentoring program for legal professionals on women's access to justice. The course took place during the period 21-23 June 2022, in Budapest, Hungary, and brought together representatives of the national law system from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova.
Un grup de formatori de la Institutul Național al Justiției au participat la programul de mentorat pentru profesioniștii din sectorul juridic în domeniul accesului femeilor la justiție. Cursul s-a desfășurat în perioada 21-23 iunie 2022, la Budapesta, Ungaria, și a întrunit reprezentanți ai sistemului de drept național din Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Georgia și Republica Moldova.
