Training court clerks

Court clerks attend initial training courses after being appointed.
The training courses for clerks are delivered for 3 months.
Initial training of clerks is delivered according to the educational plan and curriculum, approved by the NIJ Council after coordination, as established by law, with the Superior Council of Magistracy.
Training is delivered in 3 stages:
  • Stage I. Two weeks of studying at the NIJ.
  •  Stage II. Two months of internship in court.
  •  Stage III. Two weeks of studying at the NIJ..
Initial training of clerks is completed with proficiency exams, consisting of theoretical and practical tests which help assess the level of knowledge required for the performance of the position.
Clerks who have graduated from the Institute shall be issued a certificate, printed on a model approved by the Institute, stating the length of courses and the overall average obtained.
