The graduation ceremony of a new promotion of future judges and prosecutors took place today, April 16, 2019, at the National Institute of Justice. After 18 months of study, the 25 candidates to the position of judge and 19 candidates to the position of prosecutor in black and blue cloaks received the graduation certificates of the National Institute of Justice.

"I consider you one of the luckiest promotions because you have benefited from all the transformations that have taken place at the NIJ. You were the first to start your studies after a totally reformed curriculum focusing on practice, developing the skills and abilities needed in your professional work. Practical training is an essential component of legal studies, especially in the profession of judge and prosecutor, and the inadequate fulfillment of this component represents an important deficiency for the level of training in the respective professions", mentioned Diana Scobioala, the NIJ Director.

The ceremony culminated with handing over graduation certificates to future judges and prosecutors, and the best ones were rewarded with merit diplomas.
