The European Court of Human Rights, the spirit promoted by this high judicial body and the consistent jurisprudence in affirming the values of the European Convention were central elements of the meeting of the NIJ trainee of the National Institute of Justice with ECtHR judges from the Republic of Moldova and Azerbaijan - Diana Sârcu and Lətif Hüseynov.
