The NIJ delivers continuous training according to educational plans, approved by the NIJ Council.
The educational plans designed for judges, prosecutors, court clerks and bailiffs are approved after necessary coordination with the Superior Council of Magistrates, the Prosecutor General’s Office and Ministry of Justice.
The educational plan includedes :
1) periods and activities ;
2) number and category of trainees ;
3) bodies responsibile for deployment and structures responsbile for organization.

Continuous training activities : training seminars, zonal seminars, training courses, workshops, roundtables, conference, etc.
Special training courses are delivered for the following professions :
a) judges from specialized courts and prosecutors from specialized prosecutors’ offices;
b) judges assigned according to art. 20 of the Law on the Status of Judgdes.

Judges, prosecutors, court clerks and bailiffs are deployed for continuous training courses according to the list of trainees approved by the Superior Council of Magistracy, the Prosecutor General Office or the Ministry of Justice.
