The National Institute of Justice and the Council of Europe launched online on November 23, 2023, two HELP e-courses – „Protection of personal data and the right to privacy” and „Cybercrime and electronic evidence”, tutored at national level by NIJ.
Institutul Național al Justiției și Consiliul Europei au lansat, la 23 noiembrie 2023, via online, două e-cursuri HELP – „Protecția datelor personale și dreptul la viața privată” și „Criminalitatea informatică și probele electronice”, tutorate, la nivel național, de INJ.
Wednesday, November 22, 2023, the National Institute of Justice hosted the discussions panel entitled „Efficient implementation of judicial agreements of public interest: the experience of the National Financial Prosecutor's Office in France”. The meeting was attended by foreign experts, including the National Financial Prosecutor's Office of France, heads of justice sector institutions, judges, prosecutors, NIJ trainees, lawyers and representatives of the Ministry of Finance.
Miercuri, 22 noiembrie 2023, Institutul Național al Justiției a fost gazda panelului de discuții cu genericul „Implementarea eficientă a acordurilor judiciare de interes public: experiența Parchetului Național Financiar din Franța”. La întrunire au fost prezenți experți străini, inclusiv ai Parchetului Național Financiar (PNF) din Franța, conducători ai instituțiilor din sectorul justiției, judecători, procurori, audienți INJ, avocați și reprezentanți ai Ministerului Finanțelor.
