The National Institute of Justice has launched the admission exam for the initial training of future judges and prosecutors. The evaluation process takes place in two stages: a written electronic test, which includes an eliminatory psychological test and a specialty test, followed by an oral examination.

The Director of the National Institute of Justice, Ramona Strugariu, participated on Friday, July 18, 2025, in the regional conference dedicated to strengthening judicial independence and accountability. The event brought together representatives of judicial councils and key institutions from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine, alongside international experts, members of civil society and the academic environment, serving as an important platform for the exchange of experience and good practices, with a view to cooperation and promoting common values of democratic justice systems.

The application period for the admission competition to the initial training courses for candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor has concluded. Between June 2 and July 14, 2025, interested individuals submitted their applications electronically through the website of the National Institute of Justice.

A group of representatives from national institutions involved in preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence in the Republic of Moldova participated in a study visit to France from 7-9 July 2025. The National Institute of Justice was represented by the Head of the Didactics, Methodological and Training of Trainers Section, Cezara-Elena Polisca.
