The Director is assisted by a deputy director, to be appointed by the Council upon the proposal of the Director. The candidate to the position of the Deputy Director may be an individual having university degree in the area of law and 5 years of professional activity sufficient and compliant with the mission of the Institute.
The Director of the Institute approves the competences of the Deputy Director.
In the absence of the Director, his/her competences are performed by the Deputy Director.
