Today, 15th August 2018, the Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala and Valentina Contescu, the advisor of the Director, have met with the representatives of the Criminal justice and law enforcement section of the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova - Kevin Lanigan, Senior Justice Advisor and Radu Foltea - national legal counselor.
The discussions were mainly focused on actual subjects of major concern for the Institute, especially regarding the initial and continuous training of the justice sector professionals. The meeting also addressed topics related to future collaborative initiatives, which could involve the National Institute of Justice.
Also, the guests had a guided tour through the NIJ headquarter in order to get acquainted with the capital repair works within the institution.
