The NIJ has started the admission exams

At the National Institute of Justice, the admission of 2021 continues by conducting exams for those wishing to become NIJ trainees. And this year, the session is carried out in two stages: the electronic written test, consisting of the psychological test and the specialty test, and the oral test.

Starting today, September 2, 2021, the competitors for 15 places - candidates to the positions of judge and for 20 places - candidates to the positions of prosecutor take the first test - the eliminatory psychological test. The participant who obtains the grade "five" passes the test, being evaluated through the computer program.

In the second stage of the written test - the specialty test - only those who pass the psychological test will be admitted. It will take place during September 10-16, 2021. Each participant will answer 400 questions, randomly selected by software from a total of 1600, in the disciplines of civil law, civil procedural law, administrative law, administrative procedural law, criminal law, criminal proceedings and human rights. The competitor must indicate only one (correct) answer out of the three offered by the program.

The oral test will take place during September 22-28, 2021, according to the Calendar of the admission contest, and will consist of solving two cases, generated by software, at the same disciplines.

Both the written and the oral test are video and audio recorded.

We mention that at the 2021 admission contest, 15 places were offered for candidates to the positions of judge and 20 places for candidates to the positions of prosecutor. The submission of files took place online, with 134 applications registered. The conditions for participation in the competition were met by 127 competitors: 87 - candidates to the positions of prosecutor and 40 - candidates to the positions of judge.
