In the frame of the training, conducted in English, the participants will be familiarized with the US practices in the field of legal reasoning, but also with subjects regarding the ethical principles and mandatory rules that govern the judicial conduct. Also, there will be presented judicial ethics scenarios elaborated by the International Judicial Relations Office of the Federal Judicial Center.

In order to increase the efficiency of the seminar, there will also be practical activities: the participants will analyze and solve civil law and criminal law cases, bringing relevant arguments in the favor of their decision.

On May 16, other representatives of the resource group will attend this course.

The project concerning the creation of the resource group of young judges, mainly NIJ graduates, was launched last year by the National Institute of Justice, at the initiative of the President of the Constitutional Court, Mihai Poalelungi. The judges are trained in various fields within the continuous training and training of trainers activities in order to increase the efficiency of the justice act.
