On the occasion of the Prosecutor's Day, the National Institute of Justice opened its doors for the students of the 12th grade from the theoretical lyceum "Spiru Haret". The high school students have learned about the activity and the role of the only judicial training center in the national justice system, being encouraged to participate in the admission contest in the future, in case they wish to become judges or prosecutors.

During the visit, the Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala, initiated a dialogue with the students about justice in general and about the access to the positions of judge and prosecutor, in particular. At the same time, the students watched informative videos about the functioning of the National Institute of Justice on the three dimensions of training provided by the institution: initial training, continuous training and training of trainers.

The students interacted with the trainees and trainers present at the meeting, who shared their experiences accumulated in the trial simulating activities - an integral part of the initial training course of the candidates to the positions of prosecutor and judge. The young visitors were interested in the stages that the future trainees have to pass, the evolution of the teaching techniques, including the integration of the electronic platforms that deliver distance learning, etc.

Also, the high school students made an excursion through the premises of the institution, in the study rooms in which the future judges and prosecutors are trained, as well as in the trial simulation rooms.
