On Friday afternoon, April 5, 2024, graduates of the 2014 Promotion of the National Institute of Justice met at the Alma mater to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the completion of the initial training course.
In the opening session, the Head of the training and research Department, Ecaterina Popa, addressed a greeting message, through which was stressed the importance of continuing professional development and urged former trainees, who have already gained experience in their work as a judge or prosecutor, to participate in the contests announced by the NIJ to become trainers in the NIJ network of trainers.
At the event, the graduates invited the trainers who mentored them during the 18 months of initial training and who shared with emotion the moments of the professional training period. As a sign of gratitude for the guidance and knowledge transfer within the initial training course of candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor 2012-2014, the graduates have offered them diplomas of gratitude.
Despite the diversity of the professional paths followed, most of those who came to the event are today judges or prosecutors. The meeting was not only an opportunity to remember the beginning times, but also an opportunity to strengthen the links between graduates and to encourage each other in their careers.
