Recently, the National Institute of Justice from the Republic of Moldova and the National School of Judges and Prosecutors from the Republic of Poland signed a Collaboration Agreement. The document, signed by the directors of the two institutions – Ecaterina Popa and Darius Pawlyscze establishes a general framework for cooperation in order to achieve the following objectives: organizing training activities in areas of common interest and promoting a quality training of professionals in the legal sector, according to identified needs.

"European standards regarding the protection of national minorities" was the generic of the public lesson held by the judge of the European Court of Human Rights from the Republic of Azerbaijan, Lətif Huseynov. The event took place on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the National Institute of Justice and were attended by NIJ trainees.

On September 7, 2022, the National Institute of Justice was visited by Mr. Adrian Sirbu, the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Romanian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova to discuss with Ms. Ecaterina Popa, the ad interim Director, in the context of the support offered by the Romanian MFA in order to reform the justice system and to strengthen the rule of law in our country.

Wednesday, September 7, 2022, the members of the academic community met with the management of the Intelligence and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova in order to initiate the national campaign "Security Education". Among the campaign partners was also and the National Institute of Justice, represented by, Ecaterina Popa, ad interim Director and advisor of the Director, Head of the didactics, methodically and training of trainers Section, Cezara-Elena Polisca.

Tuesday, September 6, 2022, took place an online training of the criminal investigation officer who will be the tutors of the NIJ trainees’ internship from XV promotion of the National Institute of Justice. The event was attended by future judges and prosecutors. They will have two weeks of internship at Police Inspectorates in Chisinau, Cimislia, Drochia, Floresti, Hancesti, Ialoveni, Orhei and Rezina.
