The Romanian version of the American Judge Richard A. Posner book "How Judges Think" was launched on Friday, 11 March 2022, by the National Institute of Justice within the project “Support to Justice Sector Reform in Moldova – Reinforcing the National Capacities to Provide Efficient Skills-Based Training for Legal Professionals”, implemented by the UNDP with the financial support of the US Government.

Between 10 and 11 March 2022, six trainers of the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova participate in the regional course dedicated to the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP Programme) of the Council of Europe. Among beneficiaries of the training are also judges, prosecutors, lawyers and other legal professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

In order to achieve these goals, the National Institute of Justice, in partnership with the Council of Europe HELP Programme (the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals), launched on Friday, 4 March 2022, the online course "Judicial Reasoning and Human Rights".
