A group of investigating judges and representatives of the penitentiary system participated on Thursday, October 25, 2018, at the continuous training course dedicated to implementing a new remedy to solve the conditions of detention in the Republic of Moldova.
Between 15 and 21 October 2018, the trainees of the National Institute of Justice - Natalia Russu, candidate for the position of judge, and Radu Popa, candidate for the position of prosecutor, - participated to an internship in Strasbourg. It is the first time that NIJ trainees have been given the opportunity to know, from a first source, how the French courts work, in particular the Strasbourg Court of First Instance, thus contributing to their professional training according to European standards.
