The National Institute of Justice was visited on Monday, May 22, 2023, by E. S. Cristian-Leon Țurcanu, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Moldova to hold a public lesson in front of NIJ trainees. Before the event began, His Excellency had a meeting with the ad Interim Director of NIJ, Ecaterina Popa.


The International Scientific Conference „Ensuring the right to a healthy environment and the challenges of the transition to the European Union” took place on Friday, May 12, 2023, bringing together representatives of public authorities and academia, of the business environment, of the civil society, doctoral students, master students and students of the Faculty of Law from the State University of Moldova.

On Friday, May 5, 2023, at the National Institute of Justice was launched the Guide on the administration and operation of the courts, developed by USAID Moldova within the project “Model courts”. The event brought together presidents, deputy presidents and heads of the court secretariats from all the country.


On Thursday, May 4, 2023, in hybrid format, the trilateral meeting between the representatives of the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, of the National Institute of Magistracy (NIM ) of Romania and of the International Development Cooperation Agency ( RoAid ) took place.
