On Friday, 19 November 2021, the National Institute of Justice, in partnership with the Council of Europe and AO EcoContact, launched the HELP pilot course "Environment and Human Rights" for judges, prosecutors, legal assistants, lawyers for the delivery of state-guaranteed legal aid , civil servants, as well as a group of master students from the State University of Moldova.

The debates took place during the third edition of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) Regional Forum of Judges’ Forum on HIV and Human Rights, which takes place today and tomorrow, November 11-12, 2021, in regime of video conference.
