On Europe Day, we present the creativity and talent of the winners of the national fine arts contest for pupils „THE FUTURE OF JUSTICE IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY” (5th edition), organized by the National Institute of Justice and the School of Fine Arts „Alexei Sciusev”, in partnership with the project of the Council of Europe „Preventing and protecting children from violence including in the digital environment in the Republic of Moldova”.
The finalists of the national fine arts contest „The future of justice in the European community: the vision of young people on justice in the Republic of Moldova” received their prizes during a celebration organized at the National Institute of Justice.
At The National Institute of Justice was held the first meeting of the NIJ Partners Committee. The event took place on April 29, 2024 and brought together representatives of partner institutions, civil society and project implementers, who, through the assistance provided, support the transformations within the Institute.
The graduation ceremony of a new promotion of future judges and prosecutors took place today, April 29, 2024, at the premises of the National Institute of Justice. After 18 months of studies, the 10 candidates to the position of judge and 15 candidates to the position of prosecutor have received their graduation certificates. At the solemn ceremony, which began with the honor of the National Anthem of the Republic of Moldova, attended representatives of the key institutions of the legal system, members of the Graduation Commission, trainers and NIJ employees.
On Thursday, April 25, 2024, the National Institute of Justice was visited by the French liaison magistrate with competences for the Republic of Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria, Simona Pavel, to discuss on topics of common interest with the Ad interim Director of the NIJ, Adrian Cerbu.
