In order to generate exchange of information and experience and also to become acquainted with the way of functioning of the Italian law institutions, Diana Scobioala, the Director of the National Institute of Justice, accompanied by Valentina Contescu, the Head of the Institutional Management Department, realized a study visit in Italy, on May 11-18, 2019.
The exchange of information and experience between judicial training institutions, particularly in the field of initial and continuous training of judges and prosecutors, was the main objective of the visit of the Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala, to the High School for the Magistracy in Florence, Italy. The event took place on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.
On April 25, 2019, within the premises of the National Institute of Justice, discussions were held between the representatives of the National Agency for the Settlement of Contestations (NASC) and of the legal system: judges, prosecutors, presidents and vice-presidents of courts, members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors and Superior Council of Magistracy.
In order to get acquainted with the educational model of functioning of the National Institute of Justice, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, the representatives of the Association of Law Students (ALS) from the State University of Moldova have visited the only training center for future judges and prosecutors in the country.
